Walking the ePortfolio Talk:
Begin Your Own ePortfolio in a Mere Four Hours

Do you teach portfolios but don't keep one for yourself? Do you believe reflecting on experiences is a key element of learning from and integrating eportfolios, but you never take time to reflect on your own professional experiences in an eportfolio?

If you believe eportfolios are transformational, why don’t you have one?

The Out of Practice team is offering a morning workshop at the AAEEBL 2013 ePortfolio Conference to help eportfolio professionals walk the eportfolio talk. In this session, speakers (who have a proven record of maintaining their own eportfolios) will address the steps of building an eportfolio as a professional. After each speaker, participants will be given time to work on their own eportfolios during the session. A variety of eportfolio mentors will be available during the session to provide immediate, hands-on help with problems and questions.

Bring your own laptop or tablet to this session. If you are creating an eportfolio during the workshop from scratch, Google Sites and Word Press technical help will be provided. If you would like to create your portfolio on a different platform, make sure that you will have access to that platform before attending the workshop.
