AAEEBL, a non-profit operating foundation, is supported by membership dues (institutional and individual) and by corporate contributions.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, AAEEBL can accept tax-deductible donations.

EIN:  45-2235031; DLN:  17053234402012.

Donations at corporate levels of giving are associated with certain incentives, as specified below.  With this table, AAEEBL is promoting donations for the new category of AAEEBL sponsors in addition to our current category of partners.

·      Platinum sponsor                 $1,500 USD

·      Friendship Partner               $2,000 USD

·      Partnership Partner             $5,000 USD

·      Leadership Partner              $10,000 USD

1.     Featured:  branding at website, in publications, and at events.

2.     Included in Programs:  sessions can be proposed to conferences or webinars featuring an academic as session leader using the CFP process

3.     Free Conference Registration:  Partnership level has one free registration; Leadership level has two free registrations at regional conferences.

4.     Sponsor Events:  the partnership level of giving enables the partner to sponsor an event or an activity at an event; the cost of the sponsorship is borne by the partner.

5.     Display space:  Platinum and above have the option of paying for a display space at all AAEEBL conferences.  Partnership and Leadership do not pay for display space at regional conferences, but do for the Annual Conference.

6.     Message in AePR:  The AAEEBL ePortfolio Review, a high-quality publication from AAEEBL to be published three times a year, will include messages and ads from partners:  text announcements are free; ads will be priced by size. All sponsors and partners will be listed in each issue.

7.     Sponsor Executive Summit:  the Annual Executive Summit at the annual conference includes a reception.  Only Partnership and Leadership levels can serve as Executive Summit sponsors.  Partnership level will pay for the cost of the space and reception.  Leadership level donors do not pay for the cost.

8.     Co-Lead an Initiative:  this is the primary opportunity that makes the leadership level attractive.  Some initiatives can provide good service for AAEEBL members, and so even though a corporate partner is involved, the good service is what AAEEBL is supposed to provide. The initiative needs to be worked out – an example is helping to develop the program for the Executive Summit.  Or, co-developing a series of webinars on a particular topic and helping to find webinar leaders.

9.     Participate in Council:  AAEEBL launched the AAEEBL ePortfolio Provider Council in the spring.  Only those at a partnership level of giving can be included on this council.  The first feedback from the Council was a real learning experience for AAEEBL leadership, so already the Council is proving valuable.
