Welcome to AAEEBL Makers

An Invitation to Members of the Field to Accept an AAEEBL Maker Opportunity

See Form to apply at the bottom of this page.

October 5, 2016:  The AAEEBL Maker opportunity currently open is to join the 2017 Annual Conference Conference Committee.  The program committee (already in operation) will create the CFP and tracks for the 2017 Annual Conference. Once the proposals are reviewed, the Program Committee has finished its business.

In 2017, the Annual Conference will be at Portland State University.  AAEEBL will be running the conference without Campus Technology.  Therefore, the Conference Committee will be assisting in planning and arranging logistics.

Use the form below to apply to be an AAEEBL Maker helping to support the 2017 AAEEBL Annual Conference.

October 4, 2016:  the other options for Makers right now are a) to join the AAEEBL ePortfolio Review editorial board.  We have editors working now on AePR but need a few more, and b) to help AAEEBL staff with the AAEEBL website upgrade for SEO.

AAEEBL is a non-profit professional association within international higher education.  AAEEBL helps sustain the eportfolio idea, an idea about learning that is owned by the learner.  AAEEBL is a very active association with 6 conferences in 2016 and 4 in 2017.  That is in addition to providing free webinars and regular blogs and informational mailings, the AAEEBL ePortfolio Review, and ongoing work on The Field Guide to Eportfolio.

As a non-profit, AAEEBL must depend on "AAEEBL Makers," all those AAEEBL members who make everything run.

AAEEBL has now grown to the point where more AAEEBL Makers are needed.  (Makers is a movement based on the easy availability of digital tools to make digital things, such as -- in our case -- publications and webinars and websites and research analysis).

In the form below, AAEEBL members can apply to become part of AAEEBL activities, projects and initiatives.  This is now the third time we have invited AAEEBL members to apply to become an AAEEBL Maker.  In the form below, you will see a list of possible projects for you to join.  Even if you don't see a project that is suitable to your interests or available time, submit your application anyway and we will communicate with you about what would interest you.

Applications are reviewed regularly.
